How we work
Initial consultation
We start with a half-day session to explore your strengths and opportunities in the eight key areas, clarify your vision, and understand your desired outcomes to set a solid foundation for growth. Over the next three months, we meet fortnightly or so for half-day sessions to dive deeper into your goals and monitor your progress.
Ongoing support
After the initial three months, we transition to structured monthly meetings. We remain accessible via meetings, Zoom, or phone calls to address any issues or opportunities that arise.
Proximity & exclusivity
We work with a select group of 15 clients, ensuring dedicated and personalised attention. Every course and piece of information we learn is shared exclusively with our clients, leveraging the power of proximity for maximum impact.
Long-term vision
Our coaching is about making conscious choices and focusing on long-term outcomes. While short-term goals are significant, we emphasise the journey towards your long-term vision. There is no end game; it's about continuous growth and fulfilment.

Paul Siderovski is the founder of Limitless X, Fortuna Events, SiDCOR, EXP Capital, ODIS Media and ODIS Strategy. He has over two decades of experience as a Business Strategy and Coaching Specialist. As an entrepreneur and wealth expert, he focuses on achieving sustainable growth and transforming lives. His practical approach to strategy, coaching, and mentoring is based on real-life experience, not just theory.
Paul works with a select group of clients, helping them achieve breakthroughs in their business and personal lives. He leverages his extensive business experience to identify issues and provide clear solutions, guiding business owners to realise their potential.

With a background in taxation and business solutions, Paul started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and founded SiDCOR in 2002. SiDCOR has since become one of Australia’s leading accountancy firms, recognised for its financial and business growth commitment.
As a chartered accountant, he has a strong and detailed understanding of the feasibility and structures required to make a development a success. Paul has taken his expertise in accounting and applied it directly to creating his portfolio leading to significant success in the property development sector.
Paul is also a passionate community leader and speaker, sharing insights on goal achievement and business strategy. He has learned from some of the world’s best business minds, including Tony Robbins and Richard Branson, and is dedicated to helping small—to medium-sized business owners grow and achieve their potential.
